Lobster Delivered to your Door for Less!

By Shannon Linnen

With the hard financial times that many are going through, even those of us that are safe and stable have started trying to save money where we can. For many of us, this means eating less restaurant meals, especially with the whole family. Cooking for your family and eating at home can be a great and rewarding experience.

And of course, there are many dishes which you love to prepare and share with your family. But week after week, this can get monotonous, for both the person cooking, and for the family. It doesn't have to be this way, and just because you're eating at home on a budget, it doesn't mean that you must sacrifice quality ingredients. In fact, even on a budget, you can get lobster delivered.

It may not seem like a money saving tip that you can buy lobster online, and have lobster delivered right to your home, but it's actually more inexpensive then you might imagine. It's much cheaper than ordering lesser grade lobster from a local restaurant, or even buying it from the grocery store. But how can that be? It's because instead of paying the store or restaurant markups, you're instead buying directly from the fishermen themselves. This means that you get the savings passed directly on to you. This makes lobster an item that, far from a luxury, is something you can buy on a semi-regular basis to spice up a dinner.

One of the best parts about being able to buy seafood online is the freshness. When you buy lobster online, you're getting it directly from the fisherman, so of course, it's fresh. And because it's delivered to you overnight, it's still at peak freshness when it arrives to you. Because it's coming directly to your door, you save a trip to the store. It's a great deal, the freshest seafood that you can get, and less expensive than at your local grocery store. And unlike a store or restaurant, you have a freshness guarantee on your lobster delivered.

Of course, when you get lobster delivered you have many wonderful lobster based dishes you can choose from to prepare for your family. But why not start out with a delicious, easy, and simple classic, the steamed lobster dinner. Simply fill a stockpot with several quarts of water and bring them to a boil. To this, add one to two lobsters, depending on your family size, and whatever vegetables you would like. When the lobsters have finished steaming, you've got a complete and great dinner. And the water left over in your stockpot, left to simmer, will make an excellent lobster stock.

So why not give up the boring old routine and add some spice to your menu with lobster delivered. Without breaking your budget, or making a special trip to the grocery store, you can give your family and exciting new meal that they're sure to love, time and again. It's a treat for everyone.
