Grand Hall Has Made It's Mark With Members Mark

By Mike Pit

For over 30 years, Grand Hall has been a leader in the innovation of gas related products, which they manufacture all over the world. One of their well known products, Members Mark Grills, are sold exclusively at Sam's Club.

The lower Member's mark grill comes with three main burners, batting out at 18,000 BTU, plus a 10,000 BTU infrared back burner. There is also a side burner at 12,000 BTUs to boot! Easy to assemble, this grill is a welcome addition to any home. With cast iron burners, the grill needs a little care so that it doesn't rust. To do this, simply clean it with a wire brush on occasion, while protecting it from wet weather. You will find the stainless steel models from Grand Hall to be rust resistant.

The 32" grill by Member's Mark is a lot simpler to put together since it's 95% pre-assembled. It comes with 4 main burners, an infrared sear burner, a side burner and a rotisserie burner. You'll also find another another surprise under the hood; a 10-watt halogen light that is built right into the firebox. You get a primary cooking area of 640 square inches and a secondary area of 208 square inches. Most consumer reviews are giving this grill a 5 star rating because it's feature rich and very well constructed.

One of the newest grills released by Grand Hall is the T-Grill. This contemporary piece offers a sleek hood profile with matte black perforated panels. A new burner engine has been added, promising to 'change the way you think about cooking outdoors'. The infrared burners are mounted laterally, creating a heat that combines the heat of charcoal and the control of gas. What this means is, you have an infrared burner on all four sides of the bowl, all angled toward the cooking surface.

For some reason, food cooked with infrared just come out more evenly cooked and the juices are trapped inside. Because the heat source is not below the food, the fat and juices can't drip on them, causing flare-ups. The famous Australian chef, Neil Perry, uses the T-Grill and promotes it around the world.

This sleek beauty has 410 square inch cooking area, porcelain coated cast iron cooking grills, easy cleanup, Smooth Start auto ignition, 304 grade stainless steel trim, clam shell door and is 95% pre-assembled.

If one of these sparks your interest, be prepared to join Sam's Club or you'll have a hard time finding one.
