If curry powder is the only ingredient that is causing your curry to be spicy, you can try reducing the amount and replace it with other type of seasoning.

By adjusting the amount of curry powder you use, you can easily make your Thai curry spicier or just mild. Thai curry paste is usually found in Asian markets or in any grocery stores in you live in Asia. To truly enjoy Thai curry, you should buy Jasmine rice and serve over it as they taste really good when eaten together.

Thai curry is distinctly different from Indian curry as it is less pungent and heavy than Indian curry, using coconut milk to give it a much creamier flavor and consistency. Thai curry is also hotter than Indian curry but it does wonders for your immune-system. It is known to be one of the healthiest cuisines in the world as well as one of the most important dishes in Thai cuisine.

Since Thai curry is basically fermented Indian curry, it is also less stimulating. You are free to adjust the amount of spicy ingredient in the recipe to make it spicier if you want to. The main ingredients for Thai curry are usually, red or green chilies, shallots, garlic, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal cut with coconut milk. Indeed, Thai curry is not only high in vitamins and minerals; it is also easy to digest because it is not starchy.
