Getting Rid Of That Annoying Garlic Bad Breath

You might as well be frustrated with having that garlic bad breath because of eating spicy foods which contains garlic as well, right? Most of us love to eat food and these are food with a lot of spices. Knowing that spicy food can bring about that spicy strong odor in our mouth, many of us are still interested in eating foods that are full of spices. Many would say that you can only stop garlic bad breath by not eating food with garlic at all, but the good news is, you can find ways on how to prevent yourself from having garlic breath, and that is what you should opt to research for.

Garlic has a very strong odor that when you touch it, the spicy smell wouldn't be leaving your senses that easily. So, imagine eating garlic food all the time? Many people would tell you not to eat garlic of you don't want to suffer from garlic bad breath.

But that means not eating garlic bread with your pasta, no garlic dressings on your salad, and no roasted chicken with mustard and garlic for lunch. Isn't that quite boring? Of course you want garlic on your spicy dishes, but you also want to make sure that after you eat these spicy food, you'll get rid of that garlic smell, right?

Initially, you can think of various ways on how you will be able to remove that strong garlic odor from your breath. To do this, you will have gargle water several times and have a final rinse of alcohol-free mouth wash to cover that strong smell.

You may have to do this several times. This is for the reason that once you eat garlic, it then reacts with other acids already present in your mouth. The whole process produces a sulfuric reaction which creates the foul smell that can last for more than 12 hours or so. Then you can start chewing mint flavored gums to activate your saliva reactions which could wear off the strong odor easily.

If you are then going to prepare food for your visitors, you may include garlic in your menu but of course you should also think that they may not like the food because of its strong spicy smell. To be able to address this issue, you may try adding some fresh parsley as a garnish to the spicy food that you'll be serving to help lessen that spicy breath feeling.

Some say that chewing parsley would help lessen the odor of garlic breath. Others would recommend that you drink tea after every meal. This just doesn't help in flushing down the food for proper digestion, but they say that it can also help lessen the odor of garlic in the mouth.

You'll find various ways on how to get rid of bad breath because of eating food which contains garlic. Whichever prevention tips are effective for you, will do a big favor to the people around you and keep you from embarrassment. You may not be conscious with this at first, but don't wait till other people notice this before you. You don't want to be the talk of the town for having that stinky garlic breath all the time, don't you?
