Would you like a great chicken recipe which is easily prepared? Here is what you need for the salad: turmeric powder, garam masala, tomato, red chile, garlic, green leaves, ginger, salt, water, onion, oil, and chili powder. First clean the chicken nicely, then cut it up into pieces.

Before starting cooking make the masala items into paste. Take the onions and the garam masala put it into the frying panal litly fry it then put it in the mixer grinder and make it paste. Then put the garlic and the ginger into the mixer grinder then paste it .

After that put the dry chicken into the panel after the water is dried pour the garlic ginger paste into the panel and heat in the sim flame it gives the beautiful smell to the gravy. Then after pour the garam masala into the chicken and some cutted tomato into it so that it give the nice flavour to the gravy.

it gives more taste to the gravy also add a tea spoon turmeric powder it gives some medical qualities and also put salt according to your taste .add some chille powder according to you taste, then add some red chille to it .

Do not add too much oil! Two teaspoons will help develop the flavor; the fat in the chicken will add more. Then stir together all your mixtures and add 200 ml of water.

And keep it covered for about 20 minutes. After that, uncover the container and taste-test the gravy. If you feel it needs more oil and/or chile, then stir in more chile (and salt), and add 50 milliliters of water. Re-cover the pot and cook another ten minutes. Shortly before you remove it from the stove, dump in some green leaves.

so that it adds additional taste to your recipe. After removing it from the gas, transfer the dish to a good bowl. For a decorative touch, add more green leaves and tomato pieces. Serve this with hot rice and chapatties for added taste.
